The SAR 18 arm wrapper is a robust semi-automatic with a very simple button operation, a frequency-controlled arm with a single-motor driven pre-stretch system and a continuously adjustable tensioning tension. Both are the same as the rotary table wrapper H 1300. This wrapper can be single, double or rainproof with a variable overlap.
Furthermore, the SAR 18 is made up of A-components only, such as Siemens PLC, SEW motors and Leuze photocells. This wrapper is equipped with a safety bumper bracket on the front of the film carriage. When this bracket is activated, the wrapper stops immediately.
Optionally, this machine can be equipped with a two-motor pre-stretch system. This type of machine is designed in accordance with the machine directives (CE).
