Chain conveyors

Our chain conveyors are robustly built, low maintenance and designed for long-term and industrial use. Depending on the type of load, they are available with 2 to 5 chains.

Our chain conveyors are equipped with duplex chains with a 5/8 ″ pitch. This keeps the reverse wheel small and prevents pallets from “diving” at the transition between two chain conveyors.

The photocells for the stop positions are incorporated in the conveyor. Crossing or working positions can be created by means of plating between the chains. The chain conveyors are equipped with SEW motors and can optionally be frequency controlled, this can also be done with or without a brake. A lifting device can also be installed on wrapping position.
