Service in the Benelux
Our goal is your satisfaction! The STREMA® wrappers are developed and produced in Sulzbach-Rosenberg Germany, near Nürnberg. We believe it is important to act quickly and easily. To provide a fast and adequate service in the Benelux, STREMA® works together with the Dutch service partner, CMS (Cuyten Maintenance Services) located in Maarheeze.
CMS provides technical support for STREMA® in the Benelux. CMS has been active since 1997 in various branches of the industry. They have mechanical, electrical and program technical knowledge in house. This combination makes them extremely suitable for installing and maintaining the STREMA® wrappers. They also provide the Dutch-language training during the start-up. A number of CMS engineers have been trained by STREMA® on the specific STREMA® products. The CMS engineers have the necessary papers that are required in many industries.
Delivery parts
STREMA® Germany has almost all common parts in stock. These are available quickly. CMS also has the most common parts in stock.
Remote help
Many STREMA® wrappers are connected to the internet via a VPN connection. In the event of a malfunction, a programmer can check the machine from behind the desk. A malfunction or an operating error is thus quickly resolved.
Optimization
Our specialists are also available to help you optimize the wrapping sequence. Reduce film consumption or improve the stabilization of your products. Saving on your variable costs starts with STREMA®!
