Fully automatic Reel Change System

The fully automatic stretch wrappers of STREMA® in the A5000 series, you can add a fully Automatic Reel Change System (RCS-04). Up to four full wrapping film rolls can be stored in the buffer of the RCS-04. This buffer can be loaded from outside without interruption the production. During the automatic exchange, the empty core will be dropped into a bin. A new roll is placed in the wrapper fully automatic. The film insertion is also done full automatic, without the intervention of an operator. Very long runs can be made with the RCS-04 exchange system in combination with the STREMA® 5000 series.
